Privacy Policy
Mortgage Mediation Consultants holds a very strict privacy policy to
protect the private information of all applicants and clients.
At no time will any of your personal and private information be given in any form to anyone or any third party.
Your personal information is collected in 3 ways:
1) Via online application
This is where you fill out the short application created by a PHP
script, and when you submit it, it gets emailed to my private email
account. If you become a client it will go into an account file I set
up for every client. If you do not become a client your information is
permanently purged and deleted from our database.
2) Via over the phone
This is when you speak with me personally and I take all your
information over the phone and create an account file in my office.
Should you not become a client it is shredded and disposed of
permanently. If you become a client, it will go into an account file I
set up for every client.
3) Via Fax
This is when you fax me your application and other information. The same policy applies as above.
All client files are permanently destroyed and disposed of after 6 months.
Note: However, financial statements, hardship letters and other
associated documents required by lenders, will be provided to your
lender , because it is absolutely required nationwide, for the sole
purpose of negotiating a workout agreement for you. This is standard
procedure throughout the industry.
We are so committed to this policy that even if a prospective client
wants your personal contact info to verify with you our quality of
work, we will not permit this, even if it means losing that person as a
possible client.
